Boasting four bedrooms and a versatile media room featuring a queen sofa bed, our home comfortably accommodates extra guests. You'll find both a main bathroom and an ensuite, each equipped with luxurious bathtubs, along with a convenient powder room upstairs.

The upper level presents an inviting open-plan layout, encompassing a modern kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Step outside onto the front balcony to bask in the sunshine, unwind on outdoor lounges, and catch glimpses of the shimmering ocean. Further up the hill is Rick Stein at Bannisters, perfect for a special meal out. You'll also find a small shopping centre.
For further amenities, only a short drive south to Ulladulla CBD where you'll find supermarkets, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. For a lovely day out, drive a few minutes north-west into the historic Milton and enjoy the cafes, shops, art galleries and antique centres. Popular Milkhaus cafe Milton is well worth a visit!
