The location and configuration of this holiday home makes it a crowd-pleaser, let alone the gorgeous coastal decor.
Taking advantage of the sunlight and the leafy views, the upstairs houses the main open plan living area. Comfortable furnishings, a smart TV and a long front verandah for drinks or a spot to read in the sun are a big plus. Add in a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with cafe windows leading out to the covered deck that has dining for 8, overhead heater, BBQ and stairs down to the garden - perfect! If you prefer to dine inside, there's ample space in the dining room and it's air-conditioned.
The 3 Queen bedrooms are all upstairs, with BIRs and ceiling fans, and have access to a light and bright family bathroom with bathtub, shower, separate toilet and double vanity.
Downstairs the entrance flows through to a generous second living area/ rumpus supplied with sofa, games and another TV, perfect for the kids or for those who’d like some space and quiet time. The large fourth bedroom with two singles, and the laundry with another shower and toilet are also downstairs. There is internal access to the single garage and further parking in the driveway and on the street.
The fully fenced back yard is laid to turf and there's plenty of room for outdoor family games. There's also a covered pergola with BBQ, as well as a clothes line.
Location-perfection! This home is only 300 metres from stunning Narrawallee Beach. Enjoy the sun, have a surf or throw in a fishing rod. It is only a short walk to the magical Narrawallee inlet and cafe, with a large kids play area, outdoor BBQ, and beautiful nature walks. Whether you're here with young children or a group of friends, there is something for everyone.
Mollymook Beach and shops are a short drive south, also offering a range of cafes and restaurants. From fish and chips or pizza to family bistros or fine dining, it has it all. In particular you might set aside a night for a special meal out - choose from Bannisters Pavilion, the iconic Rick Stein at Bannisters or Gwylo, the popular fusion restaurant.
A short drive north, the Historic Milton is well worth a trip, with its selection of boutique shops, galleries, antique shops and cafes. Or head south to Ulladulla CBD for its fishing harbour and further amenities such as larger supermarkets, a cinema or Funland for the kids.
Golf, a spa, a blowhole, some tennis? Yep, all here. You can not fault this location and this home for some serious holiday magic. What are you waiting for? Come and live the Salt Life!
